We,
at Avanta Health Professionals, are affiliated
with several acute care hospitals including University
General Hospital, Park Plaza Hospital, and St.
Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in order to provide
our patients the facility most appropriate and
closest to you and your family. In the unfortunate
occasion when a patient is so sick that they need
to be hospitalized, we arrange to admit the patient
as conveniently and as swiftly as possible in
order to achieve the easiest and healthiest transition
into the hospital.

| We
are also affiliated with long term acute care
hospitals for the occasional occurrence when one
of your loved ones needs to undergo long term
hospitalization for therapy, wound care, intravenous
antibiotics and/or continued medical management
under direct supervision of a physician. In these
instances, our patients are monitored on a daily
basis in order to prevent their eventual decompensation.
We attend long term acute care hospitals in the
medical center, in the east and in the north in
order to accommodate and make it easier for all
our patients. These hospitals include Select Specialty
Hospital in the Heights and Park Plaza Hospital
in the museum district. |
